The 9B team moved to DDSL for the 2005 - 2006 season and prior to Christmas

they played in the 9E1 league winning all their nine matches.

Now having moved to the 9D section, the new season with a Home Match against

St. Malachys.

 

The visitors took the lead on 7 minutes with a long distance strike before

Lee Kearns evened up the game on 14 minutes.

A well balanced match saw Jason Lynch put the home side ahead 13 minutes

into the second half but a second long strike leveled the game three minutes

from full time.

Final score Swords Celtic 2 - St Malachys 2.
